Best Practices for Gymnastics Meet Day

• Store Backup Copies: Keep backup copies of your extracted .mp3 file and .pdf license in a cloud service like Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud Drive. This guarantees access to your music from any phone or computer if your device battery dies at a meet.
• Keep Certificate Handy: Meet organizers and USA Gymnastics officials sometimes ask for verification of licensed music. Keeping the extracted .pdf certificate saved on your smartphone allows you to present official proof of authorization instantly.
• Emailing to Coaches: Once extracted, you can attach the .mp3 file directly to an email or messaging app to send to your gymnast's coach or choreographer.
