The 2026 European T&T Championships Reach New Heights

Gravity-defying stunts, precision-perfect landings, and the electric atmosphere of a coastal sports hub—the 2026 European Championships in Trampoline, Double Mini-Trampoline (DMT), and Tumbling are coming to Portimão, Portugal.

Whether you are a die-hard gymnastics fan or a casual observer of high-flying athletics, this event is set to be a highlight of the 2026 sporting calendar. Here is everything you need to know about the upcoming championships.

Event Overview

From April 8 to 12, 2026, the elite of European gymnastics will gather at the Portimão Arena. This year’s competition is particularly historic as it introduces the Under 21 (U21) category for the first time, bridging the gap between the rising stars of the Junior circuit and the seasoned veterans of the Senior ranks.

Athletes from across the continent will compete for titles in:

  • Trampoline (Individual & Synchronized): The Olympic discipline focused on height, difficulty, and execution.
  • Tumbling: A high-speed power discipline featuring explosive saltos along an 82-foot track.
  • Double Mini-Trampoline (DMT): A mix of trampoline and artistic gymnastics where athletes sprint toward a smaller trampoline to perform two massive aerial tricks.
