Keeping Score

Based on the qualifying invitationals held earlier this year, the field for the 2026 Nastia Liukin Cup is incredibly tight. Several athletes enter today's competition having already posted massive all-around (AA) scores during the qualification series.

Here is a breakdown of the top qualifiers to watch, based on their highest scores from the 2026 series.

Top Senior Qualifiers

The senior field is led by a few standout athletes who have consistently scored in the 39.0+ range. Cameron Tassone enters as a major favorite after posting the highest qualification score of the entire series.

Athlete High Series Score Qualifying Event Notable Stat
Cameron Tassone 39.250 Excalibur Cup UCLA commit; 3rd place overall in 2025.

What These Scores Mean

In Level 10 gymnastics, breaking the 39.000 mark is the gold standard.

  • The Favorites: Tassone and White are the only two seniors who cleared 39.200 in qualifying, making them the front-runners for the podium.

  • The Dark Horse: Keep an eye on Elizaveta Grebenkova. Although her qualifying score was a 38.900, she is the defending 2025 Junior All-Around Champion and knows exactly how to handle the pressure of the big stage at Lee's Family Forum.
