At Gymnastics Tracks, we take pride in providing high-quality floor music tailored to your performance. Because our products are digital downloads that can be previewed in full prior to purchase, we maintain a strict No Refund policy.
Please review the details of our policy below:
All music tracks available on our store can be listened to in their entirety before you complete your purchase. This ensures you know exactly what the music sounds like before you buy.
Once the final download link has been delivered, the sale is considered final.
Refunds are not granted for "change of mind" or accidental purchases.
While we maintain a general no-refund policy, we understand that unique circumstances can arise. Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Gymnastics Tracks management. For a refund to be considered, the customer must provide a reasonable and articulable dispute regarding the technical quality or delivery of the file.
We are committed to ensuring your specific "cut" or "edit" is perfect for your routine. If you have purchased a custom edit, we offer the following:
Iterative Revisions: We will make reasonable revisions to your music cut based on your specific feedback until you are 100% satisfied.
The Resolution Process: If, after an iterative revision process, we are unable to meet your specific requirements, and you can clearly articulate why the cut version is unsatisfactory, we will provide the original full-length, uncut version of the track as a final delivery.
Finality: In the event that the uncut version is provided as a resolution, no refund will be issued on the original purchase price.
To start a revision or discuss an issue with your track, please contact us at info@gymnasticstracks.com with your order number and specific details regarding the changes needed.
